The platform allows craft businesses, both independents and companies registered with the Chamber of Trades, to view construction site offers throughout the country, apply for them, and fill their order books without prospecting. Registration is free and a mobile application (Google Play, App Store) allows managing construction sites on the go.

ArtiBox offers a construction exchange where tradespeople can access negotiated and ready-to-start construction sites. They have a web platform, an application, and a professional software to create alerts, easily generate quotes and invoices. Tradespeople can also benefit from discounts with our partners and receive support in obtaining RGE certification. Finally, our partners manage the client relationship for you from the first contact to the completion of the project.

The ArtiBox construction exchange is easy to use. After creating your account for free and filling out your professional space (activity, qualifications, establishment authorization, intervention area), you access the construction sites published by partner companies. You can view the available offers in your region, apply for those that match your skills, then sign the purchase order and carry out the work, all through subcontracting. You can also create alerts to be notified as soon as a construction site corresponding to your trade and area is posted online.

To register on ArtiBox, you need a company established in Luxembourg. You must provide:

• Your establishment authorization
• An extract from the Trade and Companies Register (RCS)
• A professional liability insurance
• A certificate of affiliation / non-contribution from the Common Social Security Center (CCSS)
• A certificate of non-tax liability (Administration of Direct Contributions and Administration of Registration, Domains, and VAT)
• A sworn statement against undeclared work
• An identity document

Creating an account on ArtiBox is completely free. Once registered, you have free access to the building trade software, the ArtiBox mobile app, and many other services. You only pay a platform management fee of 5% for each completed construction site.

You are paid directly to your bank account via our partner Stripe.

You receive a deposit upon signing the purchase order and the remainder at the end of the work.

To get paid, you must easily send your documents from the ArtiBox mobile app or directly via the trade software.

No, the ArtiBox trade software is accessible on all types of computers.

Additionally, the ArtiBox mobile app is downloadable via Google Play or the App Store. Thus, you have access to your ArtiBox space even while on the move: (construction sites, applications, payments...)

An ArtiBox prescriber or contractor is a company that signs quotes with individuals, businesses, or communities. After concluding its work contract, the company posts its construction sites on the ArtiBox platform. These construction sites are negotiated and ready to be launched with a clearly defined budget. The goal is to find building companies that will be responsible for carrying out the construction sites through subcontracting.
